Our Beginnings...

On September 12 in 1979, Mike Carson experienced first hand the destruction of Hurricane Frederic.  The Cat-4 storm caused significant damage in the state of Alabama. Mike quickly formed a team of experienced workers to help his troubled community.  Inspired, he used his knowledge of the trade to help other builders in the area refine and reform their construction practices.

He later moved to Lafayette, Louisiana where he become a state licensed general contractor, building custom homes in Acadiana.  The area continued to boom, both residential and commercial developments demanding quality construction.

Mike Carson answered the construction call with a new approach!  He developed specialized crews that met the framing and foundation needs residential and commercial builders alike. 

Today, Mike Carson Construction, Inc. is still providing that same high quality service to customers all across the great state of Louisiana and East Texas.
